I predominately use the person centred approach but draw on other techniques as suitable.
I have experience in working with adults and teenagers bringing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, body image, loss, bereavement, complicated grief, low self worth, suicidal thoughts, exam stress, neuro diversity, abuse, intrusive thoughts, traumatic events and relationship issues.

I am a qualified counsellor providing in-person sessions in Aldershot, Hampshire and online across the UK.
I have worked with adults and young people experiencing issues such as anxiety and generalised anxiety disorder, depression, suicidal thoughts, traumatic events, low self esteem, intrusive thoughts, borderline personality disorder, relationship concerns, loss, complex grief, bereavement and abuse. My work is not limited to these concerns.
I volunteer at a charity offering counselling and support to people with mental health concerns.
